Visions of Celtic

Visions' is a series of images that are inspired by my involvement and open-mindedness to the 'Holistic' or "New Age" movement. The spiritual images reflect my optimistic faith for the future, a belief in personal growth that unite and strengthen the many roads that lead to a celebration of the spiritual power of beauty. Each spiritual image in the series combines fragmented signs and symbols that relate to religious philosophies. This artwork is intended to be seen as a playful journey into the mysterious world of the imagination where personal boundaries of spirituality can be explored. The images begin as simple drawings that evolve by using traditional art practice. This way of working helps me maintain 'its freshness and spontaneity'.
